Terms of Service

By accessing or using MCP Studio (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

MCP Studio parses OpenAPI and Swagger specifications and generates Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers in supported languages. Features may include importing specifications, inspecting endpoints, and downloading generated server bundles. The Service may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.

• You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify the operator promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Upload specifications you do not have the right to use or process.
• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of any third party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its data, or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by applicable law.

You retain ownership of the specifications and other content you upload. You grant the operator a limited license to store, process, and transform that content solely to provide the Service, including parsing endpoints and generating server bundles. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to the content you submit.

Generated server code and bundles are provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing any output before deploying it, and for how it interacts with your own APIs and infrastructure.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by the operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to the Service's branding or source code except as expressly stated.

The Service may reference or link to third-party resources, such as the MCP documentation or client applications. Those resources are governed by their own terms and policies, and the operator is not responsible for them.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. The operator does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated output will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms or the rights of a third party.

The operator may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these terms or poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of this Service instance, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that location.
